Shipping Information
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the following locations:
- United States (all 50 states)
- Canada
- Mexico
International shipping beyond these regions is not available at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available)
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Customs and duties may apply (customer responsibility)
Mexico
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Customs and duties may apply (customer responsibility)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount. Check our homepage or promotions for current offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website or by logging into your account. If you don't receive a tracking email within 5 business days, please contact us.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us immediately at BigButtAssociation@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in original packaging (if applicable)
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Items without original tags
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at BigButtAssociation@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if available)
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the return to the address provided (return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error)
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To exchange an item:
- Follow the return process above
- Specify the size/color you'd like in your return request
- If the desired item is available, we'll ship it once we receive your return
- If the desired item is not available, we'll process a refund
Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired size/color is out of stock, we'll process a refund instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund amounts:
- Original product price will be refunded
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product)
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the return is due to our error)
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, including free return shipping for the defective item. Please include photos of the defect or damage in your email.
