5. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment: Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and third-party payment processors.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will notify you when your order ships.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Shipping terms, costs, and delivery times are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of Big Butt Association or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. BekkyBucks Loyalty Program

Participation in the BekkyBucks loyalty program is subject to additional terms. Points, rewards, and benefits are subject to change or termination at any time. We reserve the right to:

• Cancel or forfeit points for fraudulent activity or Terms violations
• Set expiration dates for points or rewards
• Limit the number of accounts per person

DISCLAIMER: OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIG BUTT ASSOCIATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
